AfricInfra
Delivering “ready-to-invest” infrastructure projects
OPPORTUNITY
–
Focused on Sub-Saharan Africa, AfricInfra delivers to the market the “ready-to-invest” infrastructure projects it is looking for.
AfricInfra’s proposal is to fill in the gap existing in the infrastructure sector market in the region where is currently a shortage of well-prepared projects in comparison to the financial resources available.
Considering the needs and the potential, infrastructure is an immense investment theme in the region, but gridlocked by lack of funds, experience and expertise to prepare projects.

AfricInfra is built on the belief that execution is key to success.
APPROACH
–
AfricInfra is incorporated by Swensee, a financial advisory company with deep experience in Sub-Saharan Africa. With Swensee, AfricInfra has a global and local coverage on the continent either directly or through its network of local developers.
AfricInfra has access to a deal flow of around 40 infrastructure projects at development stage representing USD 1.4 billion of capital expenditure mainly in power, education and healthcare services.
The company’s task is to: analyze, select, execute and sell sustainable projects to industrial and financial investors.
With an expected life of 5 years, AfricInfra is raising USD 30 million to bring 12 projects at selling stage.
AfricInfra will produce a massive impact.
million USD in AfricInfra
will become
million USD of Capital Expenditure
On each project, a comprehensive economic, social and environmental assessment will be performed.
It is estimated that more than 5 million people will benefit locally from the implementation of the projects.
